Part 2 Archtiectural Assistant

Are you a Qualified Part 2 Architectural Assistant with at least a year of work experience looking to further your career within a multi-award winning architectural practice?

Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working alongside this award-winning practice in their search for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team and assist on the development of design proposals on a range of medium to large scale residential developments, at all RIBA stages.

Required Skills & Experience of the Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

*RIBA Part 2 Qualified with at least 1 year work experience within an Architects Practice.
*Well organised with excellent attention to detail
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team
*A good working knowledge of planning standards and UK building regulations
*AutoCAD and Sketch-up proficiency
*Experience in Revit is essential

On offer to the successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant is a competitive salary in the region of £23,000 - £26,000 per annum.
