Landscape Architect | 5 + years’ experience | Architecture | London

We are working with an exciting client looking to hire landscape Architect with minimum 5 years qualified professional experience.
 
The role works on and leads a full range of assignments in the delivery of all project phases and construction administration.
 
DISCIPLINE: Planning
Some of key duties:

• Design and manage landscape architecture projects.
• Develop, modify and review drawings for landscape architecture projects.
• Demonstrates creative thinking abilities and contributes to design excellence and problem solving.
• Someone who understands the relationship between design and constructability.
• AutoCAD, REVIT, Newforma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, GIS, Ecotect, and InDesign graphic software preferred.
• Incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.
• Participate in managing client relationship.
• Assure client document standards are met and archives documents appropriately.  
• Assists in preparation of proposals; participate in interviews and public presentations.
• Mentor and direct the work of staff. 

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or architecture plus 5 to 10 years’ experience; or equivalent in appropriate education and experience required. 
• Master’s degree in landscape architecture or urban design may also be required.
• Registration with current license required.
• LEED credential required within 12 months of employment
