Associate Architect

FRAME is currently recruiting for a Associate Architect to join an established Architectural Practice with a strong pipeline of projects which are particularly busy within the large scale Residential sector at the moment, however they cover a wide variety of sectors within the office.

This role will require someone who has strong experience in project running and overseeing large scale Residential projects as well as being particularly knowledgeable with processes and regulations to ensure full compliance. You will need to be confident in checking planning, guidelines, regulations and ensuring all projects are being progressed as expected. This will also include looking for potential issues and assessing problems ahead of time, staying one step ahead in order to limit larger issues further down the line. You will work closely with project leads/Architects to ensure projects are progressing to both tight deadlines and up to current standards.

This will be overseeing multiple projects across the office and full knowledge of UK Building Regulations will be required.

Experience and knowledge of Revit is extremely beneficial, however they are open to cross training for the right candidate.

You will be working on a project which includes 4 Residential Blocks, one of which is now going on to site. You will be leading a capable team to ensure the smooth running of these buildings as they progress through to completion.

With about 28 people in the office, this Architectural Practice has already grown substantially but steadily over the years and has acquired a good name for itself in the industry. With leaders from previous renowned and international Architectural Practices, you will have a particularly strong backing of both knowledge and experience in the office.
