A great opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Architectural Technician to join the design team of an outstanding company based in Redbourn, Herts with an unparalleled reputation for building quality homes.

This company have a proven track record of over 20 years as a design-led bespoke house builder, contractor and developer that specialise in high quality residential projects across the Home Counties and North London. As such we encourage Architectural Technicians who can clearly demonstrate experience delivering on high-end residential projects to apply.

Rather than the mundane multi-unit developments that you may be exposed to at other housing developers, working upon rows and rows of the same building, the successful Architectural Technician will get the opportunity to work on an ever-changing range of interesting and stimulating large bespoke residential projects.

The ideal Architectural Technician should have an HND/Degree qualification in Architectural Technology, extensive working knowledge of construction/UK building regulations and must be proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Architectural Technician Requirements

• HND/Degree in Architectural Technology
• Minimum 3 Years Post Qualification Experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD & SketchUp.
• Sound knowledge of Construction and Current UK Legislation.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.

The successful Architectural Technician can expect to receive a highly competitive salary likely to be in the region of £28-£35k.
