Recently Qualified Architect

We are working on behalf of a well known Architects practice in Central Manchester to recruit a Recently Qualified Architect or Project Architect to undertake an important role as they continue to grow and compete with some of Manchesters biggest and best known Architectural firms.

This City Centre practice are now home to over 25 staff members including a well-structured Senior management team and a young, vibrant team of Designers & Technicians. If you meet the following requirements you will be invited for an interview to join this exciting company as they continue to grow.

Role Requirements:

·ARB/RIBA Registration (Up to 2 years post-qualification experience).
·Experience working on either High-Rise Residential, Healthcare or Commercial schemes.
·Proficiency using both AutoCAD & REVIT (Training can be offered in some instances).
·Ability to work as part of a team or independently as required.
·Client presentation skills.

There is a competitive salary on offer here of approximately £31,000-£34,000 per annum, this is slightly higher than the market average for this type of role.
