Architectural Technician

Architectural Technician (or Architect) required for Lancashire practice.

Your new company
This established architecture practice has a good range of project work including education, commercial and mixed use. They are located close to railway links, and with parking nearby. The team is welcoming and the practice can offer great office space and a secure workload.

Your new role
You will be running a number of projects up to £600k in value, dealing with all RIBA work stages and producing all the necessary technical documentation to allow delivery using autocad.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm require a competent Architectural Technologist (or an Architect with good technical knowledge) who is looking to work in Lancashire. You should have proven job running skills, great communication, and be proficient in the use of AutoCAD (and ideally have professional revit skills). A full UK driving licence would be a big benefit also.
