This reputable firm of Architects is located in Central Chester and has earned a reputation as one of Chesters leading Architectural & Design specialists. They offer their services on a local and national scale; any new hires here will be working on exciting projects in Chester, the wider Cheshire region and across the breadth of the UK.

Typical project work you will encounter here will be within the Residential, Education, Retail & Leisure sectors. These projects are designed using AutoCAD and Revit, and this practice is close to becoming BIM Level 2 compliant.

Requirements of the Architect include:

·ARB/RIBA Architect
·A minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience is preferred.
·A diverse sector background is desirable.
·Experience in the collation and submission of planning and building regulation applications
·A proven proficiency with REVIT software is preferred, but not essential.
·Good time management and ability to prioritise urgent projects.
·Self-motivated and methodical approach to work with an attention to detail.
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Salary offered is between £32,000 and £40,000 depending on experience.
