We currently have an opportunity for a CAD technician to join an architectural practice that specialises commercial and residential projects. This role is on a permanent basis and is looking to start asap.

Your new role

You will be working as an Architectural CAD Technician producing designs and technical drawings to enable the progress of both high and low end project, this is within both residential and commercial schemes. You will be dealing with all aspects of projects and attending client meetings to update progress.


What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role need to have experience of scheme designs to planning submission stage. You will also need a fundamental knowledge of detailed design and construction drawings. You will also of had some experience of working on either a commercial or residential projects. As a CAD technician it would be beneficial if you're proficient in either AutoCAD or Revit as this will be required on a daily basis.
