Ambitious Chartered Landscape Architect | London Waterloo |£35K

My client is an award winning practice of Landscape Architects, Urban Designers, Masterplanners and Architects who have a strong portfolio of projects across a full range of scales being delivered through-out the UK and Globally.

The practice is seeking a talented Chartered Landscape Architect in a permanent role to assist in the delivery of an expanding portfolio of projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career as an important part of a friendly design team where you will contribute at all stages on a wide range of projects.

Candidates will have:

• The ability to undertake design, masterplanning and LVIA work
• Skilled in all aspects of drawing production;
• Have an interest and skill in developing detail design;
• Experience in Landscape character assessments and environmental site appraisal would be an advantage;
• Have a good working knowledge of planning, Environmental Assessments and UK legislations;
• The ability to manage existing clients and support the business development of new clients.

Your Attributes:

• Demonstrable design ability and passion for place making
• Excellent written, graphic, oral and interpersonal communication skills;
• Confident user of the Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD and experience in Keyscape would be an advantage;
• Ability to self-manage and develop their own work with minimal supervision;
• Chartered Landscape Architect with a minimum of 3 years’ experience;
