Job Details
The company has formed a successful history by sticking to their expertise, practically designed schemes professionally delivered within the residential and commercial sectors. They have worked on different scale schemes in their time but their main focus is predominantly one-off residential homes needing extending or refurbishing.
They have a busy pipeline of these schemes at the moment and need some technical expertise to help the current team. Using Microstation in house, they need someone able to hit the ground running with this tool. You will have a strong portfolio of technical drawings and must have confidence with UK building regulations gained from working on UK projects for at least 3 years.
This is an immediate opening offering:
- A chance to work front and centre on projects.
- Take on initial 4 weeks work but with scope to be extended all being well.
- Rates circa £20 p/hour Ltd/Umbrella (circa £17.50 p/hour PAYE) depending on your level of experience.
- Start by the second week of June.
