Senior Architectural Technician

Conrad Consulting, in partnership with a leading developer are looking to fill a position that would be best suited to either a mid-level or Senior Architectural Technician.

This opportunity will see you placed at the forefront of an experienced Technical team and working in close proximity with the lead Architectural Technician across the companies northern offices. You will be working on an exciting range of projects including High-Density Residential, High-Rise developments, Masterplans and bespoke residential dwellings.

In order to be considered for this role, we would hope you meet the following criteria:

·To hold a relevant Architectural/Technical qualification (Degree/HNC/HND)
·Minimum 3 Years practical experience in Architectural practice or Technical department of a Developer/Housebuilder.
·Experienced using AutoCAD.
·Some working knowledge of REVIT would be an advantage.
·To be able to produce working drawing packages at a quick turnaround.
·To be aware of CDM regulations and adhere to them throughout the process.

The initial salary offered would be circa £35,000-£41,000 per annum, plus a yearly bonus close to £2,000 dependent on the quality or work produced.

Commutable locations for this position are: Chester, North Wales, Warrington, Liverpool, Cheshire, the Wirral and most parts of Cheshire West.
