Architectural Technician

Conrad Consulting are recruiting for an Architectural Technologist on behalf of a well-established Architectural Practice based in close proximity to Preston. The successful Architectural Technologist will be mainly working within the Healthcare, Education and Residential sectors. Experience in these areas would therefore be advantageous. The ideal candidate will ideally be degree qualified alongside being proficient in both AutoCAD and REVIT.

This is a unique opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join a thriving company at an exciting time. The Architectural Technologist will gain immediate exposure to several interesting projects from the offset.

Requirements include:
·Relevant Architectural Degree (or equivalent).
·Healthcare/Education/Residential sector experience.
·Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
·To live within commutable distance of Liverpool/Preston/Blackburn/Bolton/Chorley.

Salary offered:
·Salary £25k-£35k, negotiable (Negotiable dependent on experience).
·28 days holiday.
