This ambitious architectural practice is made up predominantly of people interested or actively involved in challenging sport. The culture of the practice promotes numerous trips and activities throughout the year, having recently returned from climbing Africa's three highest peaks, including Kilimanjaro.

Applicants should have a background in climbing, sailing or similar, and be prepared to take on new adventures with the team.

As well as being a keen sportsperson, you will ideally be an experienced Part 2 or Part 3 with existing project-running capabilities or the willingness to step up and manage your own schemes. The practice have a lot of varied projects in the pipeline and are expecting to see steady growth.
