Superstar Studio Coordinator for Innovative Design Studio
Respected practice seeks an experienced Studio Coordinator with proven experience of overseeing a broad range of administration, Facilities, FOH and Marketing duties to support the increasingly busy pace of their work space.
The successful candidate will manage the Directors’ diaries, arrange meetings and maintain a tidy studio space, greet visitors, answer phone calls and e-mails and order office supplies. You must also be IT-savvy, with great experience of using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Photoshop and InDesign is essential, with a sharp eye for visually appealing layouts.
Archiving documents and drawings, creating proposal documents and marketing collateral, and cross-referencing current projects with company procedures to ensure compliance are critical to the ongoing support of the team.
