Job Details

A fantastic position has just come in! A well known Architectural Practice based in Winchester are seeking a technically capable Part/Project assistant on either a contract or permanent basis, circa £17/hr Ltd or £27,000pa.

For this position you should a background within the high-end residential sector or listed buildings and conservation, if you are lacking vast experience in the area then an interest in the above is needed. Day to day you'll be completing technical drawing packages and generally assisting the project management team with the running of a number of local based residential schemes. ArchiCAD is the main software in use and if you're only consider freelance positions then fluency will need a be a must, if it's a permanent role then training may be provided. You'll be coordinating between various teams in the office so previous coordination experience would be ideal.
