Architect (Revit)

My client is a multi-award winning and established architectural practice in Bristol that are looking to expand their current studio due to an increase in workload and project volume.

Job-running Architects are needed to work across all sectors as part of a team to deliver projects throughout the RIBA Plan of Work from inception to completion.

My client have a diverse and varied portfolio of projects within a wide range of sectors that include projects within the Residential sector, New Office and Fit-Out schemes, Transport, Technology and most recently the Education sector in the form of high end Student Accommodation and Higher Education facilities.

The studio will give you the opportunity to work on challenging and interesting projects, which is what every Architect should looking for when taking the next step in their career. Progression is exceptional and there is a clear career path through the company where you can develop, get additional training and CPD to improve as an Architect.

I am looking to speak with job-running Architects that are hands on and can hit the ground running, showing that they are determined and motivated to deliver high-quality projects. Ideally Architects with 1 or 2 years post-part 3 qualification are more likely to be successful in applying for this role.

Most recent projects by the client include Schools, Higher Education, Student Accommodation and Technology based projects, so experience within these sectors would be an advantage.

The studio are BIM users so software skills in Revit are essential with 1-2 years’ experience desirable. 

Salary is dependent upon experience and career background, as well as the influence you can bring to the practice.
