Job Details

Are you a Studio Coordinator or Junior Studio Manager searching for the opportunity to take the next step in your career? A renowned Architecture studio requires a process-led Studio Manager to oversee all FOH, PA, Finance, Facilities, HR and Event Coordination functions for a welcoming and tight-knit creative team.

Inspirational, inventive and dedicated to designing exceptional Architecture, this practice’s Directors and Architects are seeking a self-motivated, autonomous individual with outstanding time management skills to become a figurehead in the office and the go-to person for all administrative needs. As the sole support staff member, the Studio Manager will embrace a varied roster of tasks and respond organically to new duties as when they arise. Fulfilling a PA function for the Directors, you will be primarily responsible for organising travel, scheduling meetings, diary management and responding to correspondence on their behalf. Of equal importance, you will be implementing finance administration, utilising Accounting software to issue invoices, complete bank reconciliation, manage client accounts, chase outstanding payments and liaise with external Accountants. Previous experience with relevant systems is desirable, but training will be provided.

In addition, the Studio Manager will maintain inventory of office supplies and consumables, carry out filing/archiving of documents and be directly responsible for all HR activities, including updating personnel records, completing all necessary checks, calculating pension contributions and arranging CPD seminars.

Most importantly, the successful individual will approach this role with a sense of fun, energy and enthusiasm, supporting and motivating a fast-paced, busy team of Architects. You must be totally engaged in the role and deliver all tasks within allotted timeframes and often multi-tasking. In return, the Studio Manager will become an integral part of this company and actively contribute to its ongoing development.

Apply today for consideration.

We will do our very best to help you find your ideal job. Our approach is personable and we believe that your job hunting experience should be enjoyable. We look forward to hearing from you.
