An innovative Architecture Practice creating intuitive and powerful projects across a global reach are seeking a strategic, confident and pioneering New Business Visionary. This is a rare chance to join an award-winning team at a critical point in their domestic and international development, facilitating new business opportunities and ensuring successful bid and tender submissions.

As the nexus between Marketing Manager, Bid Manager and PR supremo, this role requires a committed and forward-thinking New Business Visionary not afraid to challenge themselves and the wider practice. The Directors will look to you to facilitate connections with new, existing and unconventional collaborators and clients to procure exciting projects in-line with the company ethos, style and sectors. From leading strategic meetings with Directors, liaising with the in-house Bid Coordinator on delivering tailored, inspiring and well thought-out PQQs and tender submissions as well as proactively contacting prospective clients, the New Business Visionary will be at the forefront of driving the business forward.

To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate relevant experience in New Business from the Built Environment and possess an extensive network of media, architecture and developer contacts. A dedicated desire to proactively pursue opportunities and maximise the potential of existing bid submissions and competition entries is essential. A thought-provoking, varied and challenging role at the heart of a celebrated design team, the New Business visionary must be versatile, ready to overcome operational obstacles and communicate new ideas with energy and conviction to internal stakeholders, collaborators and clients alike.

Predominantly strategic in remit but not afraid to get stuck in with the implementation of winning bid and tender documents, the successful candidate must be an interactive and capable all-rounder in-keeping with the studio’s hard-working office ethic.
