An Architectural Design company are looking to recruit an Architectural Technician into their close knit, family felt team.

This company work within a variety of sectors including; Residential, Education and Commercial, with their core business lying within small scale private residential developments. As this is an established company around their location, much of their business comes from referrals from a loyal client base.


Your new role
As this is a small team you're duties will be fluid. Dependent upon your experience you will be involved with all stages of projects. You will be client facing, carry out site surveys, liaise with local planning authorities to submit planning applications. You will be involved with building regulation submissions, be hands on with creating technical working drawing packages using AutoCAD, and be required to attend site visits and liaise with contractors when required.


What you'll need to succeed
You must have around 3 years of experience within practice and have a proficiency in AutoCAD. You must have a working knowledge of building regulations with residential experience being desirable but not a necessity.
