Architect / Masterplanner

Conrad Consulting, in partnership with a leading multi-disciplinary studio in Chester are looking to fill a vacancy that would best suit a Qualified Architect with significant Masterplanning experience.

With various regional offices and a particular presence across the North-West, this company have earned a reputation as one of the leading multi-disciplinary consultancies in the local area. They offer services such as Architecture, Surveying, Masterplanning, Project management, Cost consultancy and various others.

Due to a significant number of recently commissioned projects (Public & Private sector,) there is a new vacancy available here for an individual with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience and a desire to thrive within a leading, multidisciplinary company. Ideally candidates will have a demonstrable portfolio of individual schemes and large-scale Masterplans (Retail Parks, Residential developments, mixed-use schemes, etc)

To be considered for this vacancy we would hope the Architect/Masterplanner would meet the following criteria:
* ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect. (Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience).
* Significant Masterplanning experience.
* Knowledge/experience of industrial design concepts.
* Proficiency using AutoCAD & REVIT software.
* Strong problem solving, negotiation, and people skills are a must.
* Ability to effectively and professionally work under pressure, in a team oriented environment, with frequent changes in deadlines and priorities.

Salary: £33,000-£41,000 per annum
