Experienced Architect for exceptional architectural practice
£38,000 - £45,000
Our client is making waves in the London market.
They are owned and run by Architects who previously worked for world renowned design led commercial practices.
Well regarded my their peers with exceptional client testimonials, this is a fantastic company to join as they continue to grow.
Currently they require an experienced Architect to work on residential projects. As practice they work on a broad range of residential projects from one off private homes through to large scale commercial residential.
If you are an Architect that has a proven track record across all RIBA stages, on traditional contracts preferably having seen a residential project from inception to completion, we would like to hear from you.
It is likely you will have 2-5 years PQE and can run projects on from £500K - £2mill+ in construction values.
Important to have good understanding of construction detailing with existing building experience.
Software is transferrable so people with AutoCAD, Microstation and Vectorworks are open to apply.
