Job Details

IMMEDIATE OPENING - Rates to £28 p/hour Ltd (circa £25 p/hour PAYE) with a 3-month contract being offered initially.

Are you a Revit proficient Technician, Technologist or an Architect happy working solely at technical stages? Are you looking for a steady contract through Summer with an established practice? If so, this opening will appeal.

Based in a great spot for commuters due to multiple stations being nearby, where ever you're based in London the journey shouldn't be difficult. You'll be joining the high-quality technical team and the hire is to add extra bulk to help out across working drawing packages. You'll need to have used Revit on technical delivery for a number of years as you'll be expected to be making a positive impact right away.

The projects are primarily within the larger scale residential sector, the design and sizes of their schemes vary from site to site. Multi-unit UK residential experience is sought.

On offer:

- An initial 3-month contract, taking you through to September with longer term being highly possible.
- Rates to £28 p/hour Ltd/Umbrella (circa £25 p/hour PAYE).
- Immediate start between June 17th to June 24th.
- A professional, busy and enjoyable work environment.

Interviews will be taking place immediately and ideally, you'll be able to start the role on short notice.
