An established architectural practice, who are close to celebrating 100 years in the industry, is looking to source a 'robust, job-running' Architect.
The successful candidate will be based in a rather quirky studio, which is in South East London.
About the Company?
- 2 offices (London & Preston)
- A Team of 15
- Family Tree - 4 Partners, Senior / Project Architects, Recently Qualified Architects, Architectural Technicians, Architectural Assistants & BIM Coordinator
- Sectors > Science Research / Education / Retail / Healthcare / Commercial / Residential
- Value of Projects > Average value is between £5m - £7m. Have been known to work on some high-value projects in the past, one as high as £190m
- A good mix of design work, making sure the clients needs and wants are realistically set and met.
With an exciting pipeline of work kicking off shortly, mainly within the Higher Education, Retail and Healthcare sectors, our client is looking to bring in an experienced Architect, who can lead projects and manage a small team.

Experience to Date?
- Qualified Architect
- A minimum of 3 years' post grad experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit would be a bonus!)
- Proven track record of running and delivering projects successfully
