Architectural Project Manager

An Architectural Project Manager job on the Hampshire Surrey border working for an established practice


Your new company

A highly established practice who have built an excellent reputation within the surrounding areas and now with a strong pipeline of work require a well-organised, architectural project runner to deliver on a range of projects.

Your new role

Working in the residential and education sectors you will work directly with private clients to deliver projects (generally ranging from £150K - £1M) from initial enquiries through to completion.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be at a mid to senior level as an Architect with proven job running experience and commercially minded. Have a thorough knowledge of building construction technology, techniques and regulations alongside excellent communication, time-management and an interest to develop both new and existing clients.
