  • Salary between £35,000 - £40,000
  • 5% pension contribution (3% minimum personal contribution)

Conrad Consulting is working with one of the UK's leading architecture practices, to source an experienced BIM Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects achieve BIM delivery in compliance with all standards and procedures.

There are several key responsibilities within this role, such as; Setup and implement the project specific standards and BIM execution plan, Chair BIM coordination meetings, Manage and supervise team members etc…

This is an exciting opportunity not only to have full autonomy within the role, but also to grow a team around you further down the line.

Qualifications & Experience

  • HNC Level or equivalent
  • Currently working in a BIM Coordinator capacity, with around 3 to 5 years' experience
  • Proven track record working of providing and managing BIM services
  • Able to manage BIM software environments accurately and efficiently
  • Navisworks/Solibri experience would be advantageous but not a deal-breaker
  • Excellent time and cost management skills
