Architectural Technician/Technologist (Revit)

I am currently working with a creative architecture practice in Leeds on their requirement for an Architectural Technician/Technologist to join their busy and expanding team. 

Based in the heart of Leeds, this medium sized practice has a wealth of experience within a variety of project typologies including Residential, Commercial, Educational, Defence, Retail, Transport and Heritage sectors. 

With most recent large-scale projects in the residential and retail sectors, my client is looking for experienced Architectural Technologists that have a good knowledge and background within these sectors. As an expanding and busy practice, experience within other sectors is very welcome with my client keeping a diverse and varied portfolio of clients. 

As an Architectural Technologist, the position will require strengths and expertise within RIBA Stages 3 through to 7 (Developed Design to Construction) including technical detailing, planning and building regulations, producing construction information documents and site management across a broad range of projects. 

The practice are Revit users so software skills in this are essential for this position as well as a proficiency in AutoCAD.
