Veretec are leading executive architects specialising in the delivery of high quality projects working collaboratively with leading design architects, high profile clients, contractors and other consultants in an exciting and award winning studio.
We are seeking a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic BIM specialist with a passion for design and experienced in delivering high quality and complex projects, to assist with the development of the Veretec brand.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to manage the BIM process across a wide range of medium to large scale projects with specific focus on Office, Residential, Retail and Hotels at varying RIBA design stages, working as part of a talented technical design team to produce accurate Revit Models.
The key requirements for the position(s) include:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience using Autodesk Revit on all project stages but particularly good experience with project delivery stages
- Proficient in modelling Revit families
(Knowledge of Adaptive Components would be an advantage) - Knowledge of Dynamo Visual Programming
- Previous experience delivering COBie and IFC Models
- Experience with Navisworks Manage and clash detection workflow
- Sound knowledge of the UK BIM Standards
- Good communication skills
- Ability to provide BIM leadership and advice as necessary
- Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
