Architect

Conrad Consulting are recruiting for a Senior Architect on behalf of a well-established Architectural Practice based in Lancashire, near Preston.

If successful, you will be responsible for undertaking design responsibilities across a wide-range of exciting projects. These will likely include projects ranging from small scale to large, multi-million pound schemes, of which are incredibly complex in their nature. The typical project types you will encounter here are Healthcare, Commercial, Education and everything in between.

The ideal candidate for this role would be a Qualified Architect with a minimum 5 years experience, proficient in the use of both AutoCAD and REVIT software.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Architect to join a thriving company at an exciting time. The Architect will gain immediate exposure to several exciting projects from the offset.

Key Requirements include:
·Architectural Qualification (ARB, RIBA).
·5 Years minimum post-qualification.
·Healthcare, Education or Commercial sector experience.
·Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
·To live within commutable distance of Central Lancashire (Preston, Blackburn, Bolton, Chorley, Burnley, Wigan)
Salary offered:
·Salary £35k-£42k (Negotiable dependent on experience).
