A leading architectural delivery practice specialising in technical delivery and design completion.

Your new role
A south London based studio specialising in the delivery of major London residential and commercial projects are seeking Technicians and Technologists join them at this busy time. As a practice their expertise is within design completion and optimisation, often working alongside property developers and other architectural studios in helping deliver large scale complex schemes. Their team consists of very experienced Technicians, alongside Architects and project managers.

What you'll need to succeed
They have taken on board a major London high rise residential project. The practice is open to Technicians and Technologist, as well as experienced architectural assistants and qualified architects who enjoy the technical delivery elements of projects.

You will be highly proficient in AutoCAD and ideally have the ability to work in Revit, alongside residential experience of large scale, ideally tower projects or similar. The project is in the latter stages of construction so you'll need to be competent with on site duties and contractor facing.
