Architectural Technician / Part II Architect

VectorWorks - Architectural Technician or Part II Architect - Residential - Retail - Zone 1 - London

Your new company
You'll be a joining a bespoke architecture studio based in Central London. The studio offers architectural services covering multiple sectors, including: residential, retail, bar/restaurant and commercial buildings.

Your new role
You will be joining the team initially on a contract basis, and move to a permanent position after 2-3 months. You'll be working alongside the Associate Architects supporting them with the day-day running of the multiple ongoing projects. Your main duties will include: detailing, layouts, elevations and lighting design.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be fully proficient in using VectorWorks and have at least 18 month experience in a UK studio. As you'll be joining a small team it's essential you must be a confident communicator and have the ability to ask questions if you are unsure on the set task.
