Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Conrad Consulting are working closely with a leading Architectural Practice based in Maidstone who have forged a reputation for delivering innovative and imaginative high-end projects form inception through to completion within a varied range of sectors.

Due to sustained growth of the company, this practice are looking to recruit a creative Part 2 Architectural Assistant with exceptional design skills to really make their mark on the company projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Architectural Assistant to really push forward with developing their career.

We are looking for a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant who possess creative flair and a passion for the concept design stage of projects. We want someone fresh and brimming with new ideas and concepts!

Current schemes include educational, healthcare, residential and retail projects and the successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will get the opportunity to apply their skills to the full range. This will really help you to develop your skills and accelerate down the path towards becoming a fully qualified Part 3 Architect.

Not only will the ideal Part 2 Architectural Assistant possess exceptional design ability, but it would be advantageous if you also have demonstrable experience with Masterplanning. We are looking for someone who can bring a freshness to the company and so the successful candidate will be flexible, driven and always looking for new ways to adapt as the industry changes.

Part 2 Architectural Assistant Requirements:

• RIBA Part ll qualified.
• Minimum 2 years post Part II experience - this is essential
• Flair & passion for the conceptual design phases
• Proficiency with AutoCAD & Revit
• Excellent hand-drawing skills
• Must be a confident communicator
• Drive and ambition to progress
