Prestigious Architecture Studio seeks new Strategic New Business Manager

A renowned and highly-respected Architectural Studio that holds an impressive portfolio of innovative and highly creative projects, seeks a New Business Manager to facilitate new opportunities and drive forward a successful bid and tender submissions strategy.

This is a truly a pivotal role, as New Business Manager you will be spearheading all new business functions, paving the way for new connections and opportunities, whilst simultaneously strengthening all existing business relationships. This role would be well suited for a confident and visionary candidate who will work alongside the senior management team, developing a detailed understanding of the Practice vision and ethos, and ensuring this is clear and consistent throughout all new business strategy and external communications.

It is important that the successful candidate will be experienced and knowledgeable in bids/tenders’ processes. Working closely with the Bids Coordinator, you will play a key part in delivering tailored and exciting PQQs and tender submissions, developing a thorough understanding of opportunities that should be pursued, and ultimately develop a successful bid and tender strategy. To be considered, the ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive experience in similar roles within the Built Environment Industry and possess at least 8-10 years’ professional working experience.

An effective communicator, you will communicate new ideas with conviction to internal stakeholders, collaborators and clients alike. The successful candidate will be ambitious, versatile and a capable all-rounder with strong communication skills and a desire to proactively pursue opportunities is essential.
