A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a well-established Architectural practice with a reputation for innovative and inspiring design solutions based in the Ipswich area.

We are looking for a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant with the motivation to develop their career whilst helping to deliver on a range of exciting projects. The practice operate primarily within the residential sector and so previous experience within this sector would be desirable. However, they do cover a broad range of projects including large scale commercial and industrial developments as well as extensive works to heritage and listed buildings.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant can expect to gain exposure to all stages of projects from inception through to completion and with time will gain an increasing amount of freedom and responsibility to really stamp their mark on the work produced.

Part 2 Architectural Assistant Essential Requirements

• RIBA Part 2 Qualified
• 1-2 years' experience operating within UK industry
• High proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proficiency with SketchUp and Photoshop would be desirable
• Comprehension of UK Building Regulations & Legislation
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• A drive to succeed and a strong work ethic

As a Part 2 Architectural Assistant with this company you can expect to receive a highly competitive salary likely to be in the region of £24-£33k dependant on experience.
