Senior Architectural Technologist

Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working alongside a market-leading Architectural practice in Hertfordshire to secure an adept and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their talented team on a permanent basis.

This multi award-winning practice have secured a number of exciting projects for the coming year within the Commercial & Residential sectors and as such they require a Senior Architectural Technologist who can demonstrate exceptional experience and use this to confidently work autonomously and be responsible for taking a project from the initial brief through to the delivery of packages whilst maintaining the company's high standards.

It is vital that any Senior Architectural Technologist wishing to apply to this opportunity has at least 5 years "hands-on" experience working upon UK residential developments and possesses an outstanding comprehension of UK Planning and Building Regulations.

The ideal Senior Architectural Technologist will not only be able to demonstrate exceptional talent but will also possess a strong work ethic and exceptional organisational skills.

Senior Architectural Technologist Essential Requirements:

• Relevant degree qualification or demonstrable relevant experience - min 5 years
• Knowledge and understanding of current UK planning policies and Building Regulations, materials and construction techniques.
• Must be AutoCAD proficient
• Revit experience preferable although training will be given to the right candidate
• SketchUp and NBS experience would also be preferred.
• Experience in generating and submitting planning applications, full Building Regulation and working drawing packages in AutoCAD.
• Experience in all sectors would be ideal although sound residential experience is a minimum requirement, including experience of direct client and contractor interface.

A highly attractive salary and benefits package would be on offer to the successful Senior Architectural Technologist, likely to be in the range of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum dependant on experience.
