Architectural Technician

WANTED: Architectural Technicians seeking a fresh start in a professional and growing architectural practice!

Conrad Consulting are pleased to be working with this reputable, medium-sized Architectural practice based just outside of Brentwood, Essex. This professional practice are on the lookout for a hard-working and experienced Architectural Technician to join their skilled team on a full-time permanent basis.

Our client is a design-led practice that specialises in residential, hospitality, commercial & leisure projects and they are set to make several key appointments in the coming months. With a focus on creating inspiring buildings with a contemporary & sleek vision, the successful candidate is certain to gain exposure to a range of iconic projects.

Requirements of the Architectural Technician:

• Relevant technical qualification - Degree/HNC/HND
• Must be conversant with all packages in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Sketchup
• Knowledge of REVIT advantageous (training provided if necessary)
• Leadership skills and a willingness to take on responsibility
• Good communication skills, as interaction with other professionals, authorities and clients will take place on a regular basis
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• A logical and practical approach as well as an ability to solve problems
• Time management and ability to prioritise workloads
• Attention to detail and design, and the ability to visualise objects in three dimensions
• Planning and organisation skills
• Technically competent
