Conrad Consulting is working with one of the UK's leading house builders to source an experienced Architect into their Edinburgh office.

Our client has enjoyed year on year success and are targeting a whopping turnover target of £300m across their UK Homes Division in 2019/20. For this to happen, they believe the acquisition of a talented Architect, with proven experience in residential development will be crucial.

The successful candidate will be responsible for their own projects, with duties such as;

• Design
• Manage live sites
• Liaise with clients, contractors & local authorities

Key Criteria

• Qualified Architect, with residential experience
• Familiar with timber kit construction types
• Able to manage and mentor team members / junior staff
• Proficient in AutoCAD

*BIM knowledge isn't essential, but could be advantageous*
