Project Architect

Stride are working with an award-winning architectural studio in Bristol on their requirement for a job-running Project Architect with a strong Residential background to join their growing and expanding team.      
The studio in Bristol are an AJ100 company that are consistently bidding (and winning!) desirable projects and schemes across the UK in a variety of sectors. Their most recent workload consists of a range of Residential projects from High-End, Apartments, Private Housing and One Off Developments. The studio are also productive in Student Accommodation, Hotel & Hospitality, Education and Commercial Office sectors.

Suitable applicants will be strong in design, as well as having a good knowledge of how buildings come together in the technical stages and onto site. Experience of working throughout RIBA 0-7 in a Job Running position will be an advantage. Suitable applicants will be natural leaders that are experienced in working closely with junior and senior members of the team through projects.

A strong background in the Residential and Housing market is essential, with the successful candidates being able to work within a specialist team and assist through proposals, detailed drawings, scheduling, reports and visualisations.      
  
Software skills in Revit are essential and the suitable Architect will ideally have 1+ years’ experience working with this software in practice daily. Candidates who do not have Revit skills will still be considered; however, it is advantageous if there is a basic understanding as training will be provided.     
 
Salary is based upon experience and the influence that you can bring to the team.
