Job Details
FRAME is currently recruiting for an Architectural Technician to joing a successful practice just south of Crawley. This is to join a fantastic practice who are working heavily in the Residential sector. They are looking to interview and bring someone on straight away!
This client also work in Commercial and Education sectors, amongst others and therefore mixed experienced could be highly beneficial. For this position you must be able to drive as you will be attending site visits, however day to day commuting can be done so by train as the office is very close to a train station.
Responsibilities will mostly involve technical detailing for Planning Applications and Building Regulations, and to be successful in this role you must have:
- Residential experience
- AutoCAD proficiency and knowledge of Revit would be ideal
- Excellent technical ability
- Be motivated to bring new ideas to the table
