Job Details
My client as established Chartered Architectural practice is seeking a Senior Architect for their busy office based in Hertfordshire. Excellent rates/salary available!
This will initially be a temporary contract however for the right person this will lead to a permanent opportunity.
Required Skills & Experience:
- AutoCAD proficient
- Competent, self-starter, ability to work well and efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Working on Residential projects 10-100 unit schemes/ some Commercial and Hotel projects
- Good design background
- Project Management
- 5-10yrs experience
- Strong building regulations knowledge
Rates & Salary: Negotiable, Excellent Salary available.
