Hugely Prestigious Architecture Practice seeks Vibrant Receptionist with Immaculate Reliability

We are searching for a dynamic, punctual and committed Receptionist to coordinate all FOH activities for a celebrated Architecture company in the heart of Central London. Based in their stunning studio space, the Receptionist plays an instrumental role in assuring the work space runs smoothly, contributing to its ongoing success.

As part of tight-knit support team supporting a large design team, you will oversee the admission of all visitors, deliveries and contractors to the work space, as well as arrange all incoming/outgoing post and managing meeting room bookings/refreshment orders. The Receptionist leads the training and developments of all support staff on FOH duties and use of the phone system. In addition to supervising a busy Reception desk, you will be monitoring all messages received to the general inbox and forwarding accordingly.

This is a varied and challenging role beyond typical FOH tasks, which includes all travel management for the team (travel, flights, transport, accommodation) both domestic and international. The successful candidate will gain some finance insight too by processing both Senior Management’s expenses and those for the wider studio. Most importantly, the Receptionist will be a valued member of the support team and possess a ‘go-getter’ work ethic, with no job too big or too small and the ability to handle fluctuating workloads. Must be a dedicated team-player!

Accuracy, diligence, enthusiasm, adaptability and confidence working under pressure to multiple tasks are all essential attributes for this role.
