Architectural Technician

Conrad Consulting is working closely with a small architecture practice in Dundee, to source a job-running Architectural Technician.

Due to their close client relationships they have developed over the last 15 years and extremely busy workload / future pipeline, this busy architectural practice is keen to bring in an independent individual, who is confident at managing their own workload.

About the Company >

• An architecture practice of 7 professionals.
• Family Tree: 4 Architects, 2 Technicians & 1 Office Manager
• Work on projects across the country
• Sectors: Commercial, Retail & Residential
• Value of projects is up to £10 million (A mix of new-build & refurbs)
• Software: AutoCAD, Revit & SketchUp

About You >

• Qualified Architectural Technician (HNC / HND)
• MUST have relevant and recent experience working in the UK, ideally within an architectural practice
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Experience across various sectors
• CDM experience would be advantageous, but not essential - This would be a new skill to develop within the practice, which full support would be given

Tasks / Duties >

• Complete: Drawing packages / Building Warrants / Planning Applications
• Client liaison
• Surveys
• Job running

The Benefits Package Information >

• Salary between £28,000 - £33,500
