Architectural Technician (CONTRACT WITH DEVELOPER)

Conrad Consulting is working with one of the UK's leading house builders to source an Architectural Technician, with immediate effect.

This position is a fixed term contract between 3 to 6 months.

You will be responsible for the delivery of all architectural design information, to support existing and new developments within the residential and commercial sectors. (Predominantly residential developments)

As this is a contract position, our client is willing to pay up to £25 p/h.

Key Criteria

• HNC / HND Qualified Architectural Technician
• Proven track record working within the residential sector
• Solid understanding of Building Standards & Regulations
• Experience in site design
• Proficient in AutoCAD
