Industry-Leading Engineering Practice seeks Strategic, Senior Bid Manager

A leading Engineering Consultancy is searching for a superb Senior Bid Manager to drive winning submissions. A crucial role, the successful candidate must have proven experience within a similar role for 5+ years in the Built Environment.

Working closely with the Directors, responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing a successful bids strategy
• Management and coordination of the bids process
• Preparing carefully tailored content for each bid response
• Ensuring that the correct materials are included in each response
• Liaising with various in-house teams to extract required information
• Creating and facilitating post-tender presentations
• Submit tender/PQQ returning, register expressions of interest, and overseeing queries
• Create and maintain and up-to-date library of information
• Create and maintain bid trackers

The Senior Bid Manager will liaise extensively with the wider Marketing team confirming New Business activities meet key business objectives.
