Senior Architectural Technician

Conrad Consulting are proud to present a new opportunity working with a leading, national developer in Cheshire East.

This large company have various offices across the UK. They specialise in various types of Residential development and have become a real specialist and market-leader within their field.

They are now on the lookout for a Senior-level Architectural Technician or Technologist to join them as they continue to develop and expand their Cheshire studio. Ideally applicants will live locally to Cheshire East and have aspirations of joining a forward-thinking company as they enter the next phase of their development.

Candidates should consider these criteria before applying:

·To hold a relevant Architectural Qualification (Degree, HNC, HND).
·Have a minimum 8+ years post-qualification experience (UK based experience preferred).
·Full proficiency using AutoCAD Software.REVIT would be advantageous.
·All project experience will be considered. However, Hotel / PRS / High-Rise Residential experience is preferred.
·Working understanding of UK Building regulations and the planning process is essential.
·To be comfortable in a Senior management role and capable of overseeing a small team of Architects and Technicians.

A highly competitive salary is on offer at circa £45,000 per annum, plus Bonus and an extensive list of benefits.
