If you are an MEP technician with an outstanding portfolio of Housing projects, this development opportunity could be for you. You must be keen to develop MEP layouts and robust details for award winning modular Housing projects across the UK. If you are keen to join a successful development team who are currently 200+ strong nationwide and you have aspirations to join a team who design and delivery excellent Housing projects which are able to be efficiently manufactured and constructed, please apply. You will also be part of the research and development team who oversee testing, support the factory and site installation. CIBSE or CIAT accreditation preferred. Excellent working knowledge of technical drawing using Revit MEP and would be ideal for this role.
