Immediately Available Part-Time Temporary Receptionist for Globally Celebrated Architecture Practice

An internationally recognised Architecture Studio shortlisted for their celebrated, cross-sector projects is searching for a characterful Receptionist to support their FOH team during the summer season. This is a temporary role on a part-time basis (2 days a week) until September. It is essential that you are available to start immediately and can bring lots of dynamism to this rare opportunity!

The temporary part-time Receptionist must possess an excellent awareness of FOH activities and pair this with a welcoming, friendly manner. Supervising the front desk for a large Architecture practice, you will be expected to answer all phone calls to the main line directing as appropriate and taking accurate messages for staff members, ensuring these are passed on swiftly and accurately. You will have a similar command of the central e-mail inbox. In addition, the successful candidate will have an excellent attention to detail, guaranteeing presentation standards of the highest quality and making sure each visitor’s experience is both positive and interested.
