We are seeking an innovative, animated and intrepid New Business Manager to drive forward potential new projects and sectors for an expanding Architecture studio. Lead by a high-profile Principal, this practice is searching for a confident and inquisitive individual to research and procure new projects, diversify and enriching their already accomplished portfolio. This is a varied and challenging role at the heart of the team and the New Business Manager will work closely with Senior Management to devise new strategy and oversee its implementation. It is essential you are proactive and forward-thinking in your approach, able to investigate new areas for business expansion using your own initiative, as well as compile your findings and present this to the Directors. Equally, you will action Senior Management’s key objectives by contacting existing and potential clients to galvanize the practice’s profile and possible new business openings. Engaging, persuasive and vibrant in approach, you will be relied upon to unlock maximum opportunity in every step.

Additionally, you will be overseeing a Bid Coordinator and able to write and design winning bid submissions on a regular basis. Superb command of written and verbal communication, as well as keen area for visual communication (graphics/photography) is essential for the incoming New Business Manager. This is both a strategic and implementation-based role.
