Do you have a real penchant for delivering major projects? Is the post-planning stage your niche? Do you get excited by the “nitty gritty” of the construction stages and finding solutions to technical/detailing issues? If you have answered a resounding YES to these questions then White Space has an opportunity for you with one, if not the leading, London based Executive architectural practices! They have even won a number of top awards in this category!

Due to a continued significant increase in workload and serious growth plans White Space is working closely with one of the UK’s leading Executive Architectural practices. They are working on a number of high-end residential and commercial schemes and therefore need to recruit highly technically oriented and delivery focused qualified Architects (they will consider Senior Technologists) who have a passion and specific expertise in the post-planning stages of projects.

To be considered you must tick the following boxes:-

  • Be RIBA/ARB registered
  • Have a minimum of 10yrs professional experience
  • Possess extensive delivery focused experience
  • Be passionate about the post-planning stages
  • Excited about delivering high quality buildings
  • Enjoy working for/with leading design practices
  • Possess solid AutoCAD skills (Revit literacy is advantageous but not essential)
  • Have worked on multi-million pound high quality residential and commercial developments
