Interior Architect

One of our clients, a design led practice specialising in bespoke property development and Interior Design are looking for someone to join them in their London office.

The studios access to the finest artisans enables them to provide uniquely inspired residences for the most discerning taste, and their passion and perseverance are key to them creating clear ideas and visions that make the most of the properties they develop.

The successful candidate would be given the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the globe, but with an emphasis placed on some of London's most prestigious areas such as Knightsbridge, Kensington and Belgravia.

Job responsibilities and description include:

- Working closely with the directors to lead the interior architecture projects.
- Producing and overseeing all drawings and tender packages, including creating mood boards and layout plans, attending meetings and presenting concepts to clients.
- Creating full project costing schedules and budgets.
- Writing client fee proposals.
- Experience of working on all aspects of projects from concept to completion on site.
- Coordinating all aspects of FF&E from scheduling to installation.
- High level of space planning capability.
- Pitching and presenting experience.
- 5 plus years experience.
- Full proficiency using AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
