Architect / Part II Architect Assistant

Your new company
An Architectural Practice based in Nottinghamshire who work with industrial and commercial clients across the UK are looking to support new projects with a new Architect or Part II Architect Assistant.

Your new role
As an Architect / Part II Architect Assistant you will be working through all the RIBA stages 1-7, take the lead on projects and guide junior staff on best practice. Most projects will be consisting of distribution centres, large offices, commercial buildings and to a lesser extent energy and waste.

What you'll need to succeed
As an Architect / Part II Architect Assistant you will have experience of industrial and commercial projects, knowledge of building regulations and health and safety procedures related to the projects and builds. You will use AutoCAD and other associated packages to a high level to train colleagues and take the lead on planning drawings and 3D renderings.
